We’re looking for ambitious, skilled, and licensed clinicians (licensed psychological associates, counselors, school counselors and social workers) to join our growing team. Is this you? Read on to learn more about who we are, what we value, and if YOU might be a great fit.
Egan Counseling & Consulting of Charlotte, NC is currently seeking to hire a licensed psychology associate, LCSW, or LCMHC to join our private practice. Both fully and associate licensed professionals will be considered.
EC&C provides services to children, adolescents, families, and parents. The owner is a former doctoral-level school psychologist and LCMHC and has created a practice that relies heavily on cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy to provide efficient, practical, and compassionate support for children, teens, and parents experiencing distress. The ideal candidate will be able to conduct clinical interviews, observe children in the home and school environment (as appropriate), provide individual or family mental health counseling, promptly complete associated documentation, and provide excellent customer service to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience working with children and/or teens is required. Clients are self-pay only, and services are primarily provided in the office setting, with the occasional client preferring telehealth. This is a full-time position (25 clinical hours per week, 40 hours total), although schedules are flexible.
This position will provide fully-furnished office space, administration and marketing support, malpractice insurance, a SIMPLE IRA, and a stipend for professional development. We will be adding health benefits imminently. We are a family-friendly environment and insist on respecting your work-life balance. We have created a space where both clinicians and clients are thriving, and we'd love to find the right person/people to join our team.
Applicants who submit a cover letter highlighting their professional experience and goals will be given preference for an interview.
